Being in the Martial Art and Fitness industry as a student, instructor, personal trainer, program director and owner has given me an opportunity to see from all angles.

What you are looking for is results in a timely manner, a place where you feel comfortable, and a knowledgeable trainer that can motivate and inspire without hurting your wallet.

What I found out is that the student over spends, instructors get underpaid, personal trainers are under qualified and everyone else is over worked.
