Build strength and stamina in our weight training class. Utilize adjustable weight barbells and hand weights to challenge all major muscle groups. Weights will increase as your strength progresses. A great class for both women and men.
Butt & Gut offers a workout for all exercisers targeting the lower body and the abs. This workout focuses on muscular endurance rather than strength and involves higher repetitions...but don't worry. We change up the tempo of each exercise so it's never boring. If you want leaner abdominal muscles or a firmer backside lets get it!
Kick boxing combines aerobics, cardiovascular toning, and self-defense moves. Improve strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Reduce body fat and stress. Includes circuit training, mitt work and heavy bag work. Come see why we are the best for 11yrs!
