Boxing and Karate offer an excellent full-body workout that will provide you with increased agility, coordination, speed, endurance, confidence, and fresh challenges. Classes consist of strength training, movements of the system, partner work, and sparring.

There are a lot of people that doubt the effectiveness of Karate, citing differences in style, technique or routines and training methods. The fact remains that Karate has stood the test of time, while many have conformed to the trends of martial arts that lack the discipline or standards to make one as well rounded as possible. Our Fight system incorporates what works; its as simple as that.

We offer a wide variety of fighting techniques.Those skill sets are:

Stand-up to improve footwork, elbowing, kicking, knees and punching.

The Clinch to improve take downs and throws, also improving the striking aspect of the clinch.

Ground skills are trained to improve submission holds, and defense against them. As well as improving positioning and maintain ground control.
