8. Don't follow diets they come and go change your life with a proper lifestyle change.

9. Be consistent, maintain your shape by never taking your body for granted. You will get older your body will change. Prepare for it.

10. Be Realistic, if it takes you a while to get out of shape it will take you a while to get back in shape.... stop complaining, cheating, waiting for a miracle, set up a personal training session and lets make it happen already!
