My philosophy has driven me to change the things that I didn't like about myself. With God's help I have attempted to change for the better.
Now as a Sensei, I'm motivated by simpler things. To see others succeed, grow and become truly happy. I have learned as a result that I grow, succeed and become happy as well.
For years people have asked me about what it takes to get in shape. What started out as a letter grew to my book. Enjoy and please share it with others.
